These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by Miguel Rubio Web Design (“I”, “me”, or “my”). By hiring me or using my website, you agree to these Terms.

I offer professional services including:

• Web design and development

• Website updates and maintenance

• Branding and logo design

• Website consulting

All services are customized to each client’s needs.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide:

• Accurate project information

• Required content (text, images, branding assets)

• Timely feedback

• Access to hosting, domains, or platforms when needed

Delays in providing materials may extend project timelines.

My Responsibilities

I agree to:

• Deliver work professionally and on time

• Communicate clearly throughout the project

• Provide revisions as outlined in the project agreement

• Deliver final files or launch the website once payment is complete

Unless otherwise stated:

• Projects include up to 2 rounds of revisions

• Additional revisions may incur extra fees

• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the draft

Revisions do not include major redesigns or new features not originally discussed.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your project quote or invoice. Typically:

• A deposit is required to begin work

• Remaining balance is due upon completion, before final delivery

Refunds

Because my work is digital and time‑based:

• Deposits are non‑refundable

• No refunds are issued once work has begun

• If a client cancels mid‑project, payment is required for all completed work

Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project. Timelines may shift if:

• Client feedback is delayed

• Required content is not provided

• Additional features or revisions are requested

I will always communicate changes clearly.

Client Ownership

Once the final payment is made:

• You own the website design

• You own the final logo files

• You own any custom graphics created for your project

My Rights

I retain the right to:

• Display completed work in my portfolio

• Share screenshots on social media

• Use the project as an example of my services

If you prefer your project to remain private, just let me know.

I am not responsible for:

• Hosting issues

• Domain problems

• Third‑party platform outages

• Plugin or theme conflicts

• Security breaches caused by outdated software

I can assist with these issues as a paid service.

I am not liable for:

• Loss of revenue

• Loss of data

• Website downtime

• Security breaches

• Issues caused by third‑party tools or hosting providers

My responsibility is limited to the cost of the project.

Either party may terminate the project at any time. If terminated:

• The client must pay for all completed work

• Deposits remain non‑refundable

• No final files will be delivered until payment is complete

I may update these Terms occasionally.
The “Last updated” date will always reflect the most recent version.
